A delightful winter warmer breakfast bowl for the whole family.
4 Tbsp whole rolled oats
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp almond utter
A small handful of toasted hazelnuts
1 Tbsp goji berries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Fresh lemon zest
Enough water to cover the ingredients
Add the oats, chia seeds and ground ginger to a saucepan - cover with water and bring to a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and allow to simmer for 3 minutes, until nice and creamy. Add some lemon zest for a bit of freshness.
