Join Tina Sakko as she reaches into her movement toolbox and introduces you to various ways in which you can stretch and mobilize your body without having to leave your work chair. After this class, you should feel less tension in your 'Tech Neck’ which often causes tension headaches. Your shoulders and lower back should feel less pressure from the ongoing sitting and typing. This should also bring relief to your buttocks and/or swollen ankles that often accompany long periods of sitting on a chair.
